Spicer Greene Jewelers, a cornerstone of Asheville since 1926, proudly announces the launch of the Nicole Combs for Carolina Collection, a limited-edition jewelry line created in collaboration with Nicole Combs.
The collection celebrates Appalachian artistry, community, and purpose, with 100% of proceeds benefiting Western North Carolina relief efforts in the wake of Hurricane Helene.
“I'm so honored that Spicer Greene Jewelers asked me to collaborate with them on this collection,” says Combs. “The line celebrates the heart of Appalachian culture and 100% of the proceeds will support Hurricane Helene relief efforts in Western NC. Our hope is that the pieces reflect the strength and beauty of the community many people call home.”
The Nicole Combs for Carolina Collection features exquisite pieces handcrafted by Spicer Greene’s jeweler team in the heart of Asheville. Items include a custom-designed collection of sterling silver and 14-karat gold charms and charm bracelets and necklaces, a North Carolina pendant, and a unisex leather wrap, with prices starting at $195. The six charm designs, says Spicer Greene co-owner Eva-Michelle Spicer, include a cowboy hat, cowboy boot, dogwood flower (North Carolina’s state flower), horse shoe, banjo, and North Carolina state. Each charm designed with Combs contains tiny thoughtful details, such as outlines of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the words Mountain Strong on the bottom of the boot, “to represent the beautiful spirit of our region,” says Spicer.
The collection is enriched by locally sourced materials, such as leather from Shining Rock Goods, creating jobs and supporting local artisans. Each piece is made-to-order, with a two-week shipping window, ensuring a bespoke touch for every customer.
