Since 2002, Foothills Meats remains dedicated to sourcing the highest quality of sustainable, ethical meat, working closely with small farms they know and trust.
From 107 Market and Deli to Foothills Grange to their famous food trucks, Foothills utilizes a whole-animal philosophy to craft delicious food with intention and has evolved their brand over 20+ years.
the work
From 2017-2021, we worked with Foothills as their strategic marketing agency to guide brand awareness and growth during their expansion from one acclaimed food truck to two brick & mortar locations, a full butcher shop, and a second food truck. 360-marketing campaigns included retail, signage, events, PR, content, SEO, digital and print advertising, loyalty program, creative, pandemic pivots, activations, branding & staff training.

In addition to securing market share in Asheville and Black Mountain’s culinary scenes, Foothills Meats built a brand that was able to expand beyond one food truck to several different concepts under one message: made by locals, for locals, using local ingredients. It remains a steadfast and beloved brand as it expands from Black Mountain to Old Fort, NC.
